Would the magnet on a made for ipod case/travel kit/speakers ruin my ipod?

i bought this travel speaker wallet from Spi and it says that it fits both ipod and the nano, but it comes with a magnetic case so is attaches to the wallet. Will the magnet hurt my ipod.

i don’t think so. i got an ipod case with a magnet in it and mine is just fine.
